I dyed my hair this morning, a "natural dark caramel brown" color... there's a picture of the stuff I used at http://www.medshopexpress.com/092234.html if you want to go see it. And since I'm hoping my hair will grow out long enough to put it up by the fall, I'm trying really hard to stop curling it. As a result, I look almost identical to the girl on the box, at least as far as our hair goes.

Or maybe not, and I only feel like I look like her, hair-wise. Anyway, it's dark and straight now, let's hear a yip and a holler.

Last night I was supposed to meet up with 2 girls from my math class, to get them both caught up to speed on the stuff we're learning. So I took the kids to Long John Silver's, where we were all going to meet, and I ordered the kids some food, and put my little coin purse thing on the tray as I was carrying it back to the table. The coin purse got covered by napkins and stuff, and I forgot all about it, and ended up throwing it away, I guess, as it wasn't in my purse this morning. So there went $12.00 plus change, which was going to be my gas and food money for the week. Bleh. Ahh well, I guess I would have probably spent the money foolishly anyway, right? Tough way to learn a lesson, though. And then to top it all off, the girls never showed up. So I spent money on dinner that could have been saved, and I threw money away that could have been saved, and I used up gas that could have been saved. Argh @ all three of those.

But the kids got to have LJS, which is a treat for them, so I guess not all is lost. :)
