Yesterday, I cleared out one of the database queues I've been working really hard on the last couple of months...whew! What a feeling of relief that was. Basically, if a tech support agent can't solve a case, it goes to that queue. And with this being tax season, there are about 1500+ cases created each day, and a good 40-50 a day might come to me. Thankfully, there have been some people at the service center who have had some time to help whittle the number of cases down a bit, but yesterday....TA DA!!! I closed the last one! :) I'm sure there are a good 20 or so waiting for me to see this morning, but that's okay...I was just glad to kill all the old ones FINALLY.

In other news, I have a midterm due tomorrow that I've not even started on. It's one of those things where the teacher gives you 5 possible topics to write about, and you have to choose 3, and each topic has to have 2-3 pages of stuff written about it. Yikes. If I get on a roll, getting it done shouldn't be hard, but I looked at the topics, and none of them are even close to being thought-provoking. So here we go, to create at least 6 pages of complete and utter bullsh*t. Yay.

Okay, I better go. With any luck, I might have time to work on the midterm today at work. Shhhh.... ;)
