A deviation from the plan: Had to set up a veggie tray for the training class, and the dip is OMG to die for. Sooooo...had some veggies (good!) and dip (bad!) right before lunch. Which then leaves me only a starch allowance for dinner, and that's SO not going to be enough. I'll stick to my original plan of a small salad and tea and bread, but now MUST-MUST stick to that plan, as even with that, I'm still going over by a bit. Not by like four slices of pizza, of course, but still over.
I swore I'd be truthful on here, and I am. Blech.
