Just a short one today...yesterday I learned that the weight loss place I've been going to for the past year was closing and taking my paid-for weeks with it. I got over there after work and at least picked up product that I'd paid for and a couple more food journals, but they were out of the books that would tell me what to do once I reached my goal weight. Ahh, well, I suppose it'll be a while before I ever even hit that point, heh. ;)
Went to bed around 10 last night, thank goodness. That enabled me to get up on time, and before I even hit the shower, I'd emptied the dishwasher, wiped out the oven that I'd set to self-clean last night, wiped out the microwave, changed the water in the fishbowl, folded a load of laundry, and made breakfast and lunch for myself. Feels good to get another foothold in the housework again. Of course, we've got a farewell dinner to attend tonight for Chris's former boss, so I'm sure by the time we get home, the kitchen will be a mess again. *sigh* I left a note on the counter, asking the kids to p-l-e-a-s-e keep the kitchen clean, so it's possible they could surprise me. :) I need to remember to bake some cookies tonight for a coworker who agreed to help out our dept and do training tomorrow. The guy who was supposed to do the training got called to work on another project for a prospective client and as that took priority, our dept was left hanging out to dry. The guy who stepped in LOVES cookies, so I agreed to bake him some as a thank-you. If nothing else, that's reason enough for me not to drink tonight at the dinner. I'm counting my blessings as I can. :p
Okay, back to work. I'm once again challenging myself to get all possible work done so that my bosses run out of things for me to do. Hee....I think, given a couple of weeks, I can do it. w00t!

I was wondering what you learned last night. At least you got the product you'd paid for.
Yesterday I did a lot of housework and it helped and made me feel like I was accomplishing something. A little everyday - like the 15 minute cleaning thing I'm doing.
Have fun tonight. :)
