Well, I'm up half a pound to 170.0. Ehh. can't say I'm shocked.

The bread yesterday turned out badly...I don't know if the yeast had died or what the issue was exactly, but it came out really dense (almost like it hadn't cooked all the way through, but it WAS cooked all the way through), and the Italian Seasoning was way too strong. I tasted it and decided I didn't like it, but I kept eating it. I don't know if I thought I was going to stumble across a section of it that DID taste good or what, but...it was fresh bread! That I made! And a new recipe! So I ate it! Bah. Stupid. I should know better, but, ehh. What's done is done.

The spaghetti was good, at least, and I did get all my water in, and then, as I was watching a film for class, Chris appeared with two small bowls of ice cream. Hah! Can't win for losing. Of course I ate the ice cream (which, to be fair, WAS fat free, not that that excuses it, but at least it wasn't OMG-Bad-For-You ice cream, and it WAS a small bowl...maybe 3/4 of a cup of ice cream, total. And syrup. The Hershey's Special Dark kind. And then I fell asleep after eating it, and I didn't do my crunches in front of the TV as I'd planned. But I did get some homework done, and I did create a flyer that I was supposed to create more than a week ago, and I did update the Young Marines site, so I feel that I was productive enough. Besides, the soreness from the Young Marines PT adventure had hit by yesterday afternoon, and I DID run the stairs after lunch yesterday, sooo....

Yeah, I know, excuses. :p

Today's menu!:
B - Kashi cereal w/ skim milk (S, 1/2D)
S - LAWL Cafe Au Lait (nutritionally, the same as a bar)
L - Lean Cuisine (Fiesta Grilled Chicken) = (P, S)
S - LAWL Hot Cocoa (also nutritionally the same as a bar)
D - Dunno. Brenna's got soccer practice tonight, so maybe I'll grab a grilled chicken salad from fast food somewhere, which would be (P, 3V, Fa).

That leaves me to find 3Fr and 1/2D...I'll have a string cheese added to one of my snacks, and our training class has a huge bowl of fruit salad in there that I'll go raid during lunch. I can easily get in my 3 fruits by eating a ton of that. :)

Goal for today: Get my water in! With the two drinks in lieu of bars, I'll be tempted not to drink any water, so it'll be especially tough today. (Side note, am listening to iTunes right now, and the Indigo Girls just kicked on with "I Believe in Love"....OMG, if I could marry this song, I would. *sigh*)

As for exercise today, hmm...I took the stairs as we came in to work, and I did some chores this morning that had me running the steps at home...does that count for enough? There's a guy here at work who usually works in another state, but he's in the office this week. He's lost 35 pounds in the last few months and looks AMAZING. I asked him what he's doing, and of course it was as simple as "well, I didn't do anything for 34 years, and now I'm going to the gym." Gah. If only it were that easy for me to drop 35 pounds. But yeah, he looks fantastic...I hope he didn't take my compliments as an HR issue. :o

Better run...got lots to knock out at work today.

Sounds like a good plan. It doesn't sound like you blew it too badly last night. Probably not more than 100 calories, which in a week isn't much.

Tonight we're cooking chicken breasts of some sort and frozen vegetables. I don't know about lunch yet. I'm sure Katie won't eat and Jami doesn't eat much. That leaves me to worry about me. Lots of water and tea and stay out of the fridge.

I weighed 179.6 this morning. I was surprised with the amount I've eaten over the last two days that I wasn't up 3-4 lbs more.
